Retrospectives that end in action items
Collect feedback on a shared board, group what repeats, vote on what matters most, and leave with action items.
What you get
Collect first, discuss second
Everyone adds their notes to the board before the discussion starts, so the loudest voice does not set the agenda.
Group the themes
Tag and group items to see the themes and avoid discussing duplicated feedback.
Vote, then act
Vote on the themes worth the room's time, and turn the ones that win into action items attached to the board.
Common questions
Which retrospective formats does Pogo support?
Boards are column-based: what went well, what didn't, and actions to take.
Can guests join a retrospective?
Yes, if you leave guest access on for the board. They open the link, enter a name, and add and vote on notes. Hosts need an account, and a host can turn guest access off.
What happens to a board afterwards?
Boards stay available to your organization so you can revisit action items in the next retrospective, and they can be archived when they are no longer needed.
